How do I get a brick made to put by the Ninians park gates in memory of my brother who was a bluebird fan way back in 1969 to the day he died

Not sure how you would go about this but maybe make some inquiries with the CCFC office?

We did ours when we were moving over from Ninian Park.

Contact Paul 'Corky' Corkery via the club, he's the SLO and a great bloke and will advise you on what to do. Not sure if they still do the bricks but I arranged a plaque a while back and their put on the side of the old NP gates near the memorial garden. Sorry to hear about the loss of your brother too.
