Yep, really pretty sad because a club of our size deserves a well run, properly governed trust and they would add to the club.
The worst thing is that they wouldn’t admit it and seemed to try and turn it back on the club rather than admitting their failings. Naughty!!

You still have to file a balance sheet if your are a Ltd company.
