Out in Worcester tonight.
Seven different people I spoke to, supporting four different teams (Villa, Wolves, Sunderland and Burton).
All under the impression that Gareth Bale is signing for Cardiff City.
Maybe the dream is coming reality.

Ned never known such a situation where one of worlds best known players coming to end contract not having a club lined up... most if not all news outlets like ssn are not speculating or saying where he's going? Very strange.... if fo instance knew he was heading here they would say as is normal practice for them

#cardiffcity #spurs I don’t post about football but I’m told that the negotiation to bring Gareth Bale back to Spurs is now suspended whilst the player has talks with Sri Vincent Tan and an unnamed US financier about a role in a takeover of Cardiff City FC.

I posted in another thread that the secretary where I work knows Frank (through her hubby). She knows I’m a fan so she text him today and read me the reply she had -
He’s always said he wants to end his career at Cardiff so watch this space

…she had a text from the guy that knows Frank, not Frank directly
