Where is the “storming” of the turnstiles here then ?

Funny but cannot find any pictures or video of such incidents on bbc website was there yesterday ...... even the reporter said they were climbing gate... did notice the reporting on radio is edited and nothing of what was said yesterday being broadcast today...
Cannot argue organisation was appalling but no liverpool fans doing what was reported and no trouble would occur just frustrated fans trying to get past turnstiles into stadium. Maybe people should ask why was no trouble at real end to get answers.

Seems the entry points for Madrid were not subject to the same disruption and strange decisions.

I know a lot of boys who were in Seville for the Europa League Final. Spanish Police emptying water bottles, confiscating sun lotion and ear pods? Took much longer for Rangers Fans to get into the stadium than the Germans.

Read most of link so it was a deliberate attempt by police to stop liverpool fans getting into ground because that's whats implied by the reporter.... another reporter was said fans were climbing gates.... no question the organisation was poor to say least but to say police put barriers in place to stop fans getting safely and orderly into ground is strange... and one may ask where was the liverpool police who were in Paris supposedly keeping eye on fans at stadium and surrounding
areas? Haven't heared anything from them but guess was in ground waiting for game to start so didn't see anything untowards

Champions League final: UK calls for investigation into Paris stadium chaos -

The UK's culture secretary has urged Uefa to formally investigate "deeply concerning" scenes which delayed the start of the Champions League final.

French police have been criticised for firing tear gas and pepper spray at some Liverpool fans waiting to get in to the stadium in Paris on Saturday.

Nadine Dorries said it was in everyone's interest to "learn lessons".

European football's governing body Uefa has said it will "review these matters urgently".

The French sports ministry has called a meeting with Uefa, the French Football Association, stadium officials and police on Monday to "draw lessons" from the event.

French interior minister Gérald Darmanin appeared to lay the blame on British supporters, tweeting on Saturday that thousands were without proper tickets and had forced entry, while claiming some had assaulted stewards.

The kick-off at the Stade de France was delayed by 36 minutes, with Uefa initially citing the "late arrival" of fans.

But many Liverpool supporters spoke of long queues in the hours leading up to the game and a heavy-handed police response to the build-up of fans.

Uefa later put the delay down to "security reasons" and said the turnstiles at the Liverpool end had become "blocked by thousands of fans who had purchased fake tickets which did not work".

They have to get to the bottom of these forged tickets. Whether it was 40 thousand or 400 it would cause complete chaos at the turnstyles When one breaks down for 5 minutes when there's a big crowd it seems to a problem. If these entry machines do no more than read a bar or QR code then its astonishing that its taken this long to come to a head.
