Villa might suit him better if not us, quite near good Manager who he will probably respect and they could afford to use him sparingly, but I'm starting to believe we are his best option!

Let's be fair - it would be a very brave Gareth Bale who signs for City with a view of being/staying fit for the World Cup in November. Every Championship clogging defender, every youngster looking to make a name for himself would be looking to kick Bale all over the park. Not only wouldn't he stay fit for the World Cup - he would be unlikely to stay fit for City's next game!!

I think we may need to wake up and smell the coffee beans on this one!!
