The EFL is incredibly disappointed with this evening's announcement by Derby County's Administrators that Chris Kirchner has failed to complete the purchase of the Club.

Time for Derby to go the same way as Bolton, Bury and Macclesfield I'm afraid. These double standards are disappointing. Mel Morris and all the vultures should be ashamed.

Efl are stalling again! Now going to othe parties to try get a sale? Where have these people been previously.. ... Kirchner was always a dodgy buyer and efl should have learn from his attempt at buying Preston? Though had until end may to do deal but there is a cut of date to register club for efl competitions that is close wonder what do then..
