Reports that Michael Smith is joining Hull City ahead of Cardiff City this summer, unless there’s a change of heart, Hull city will beat Cardiff to the signature of the striker. Smith who scored 25 goals in 43 appearances for Rotherham, who’s contract has expired had talks with both clubs.
