Nobody can fault the effort and commitment made by Steve Morison and the Backroom staff this off season. Whilst other managers are on their holidays, Steve and his staff have been working on bringing in the players they want. 7 signings he's really selling the future of this club, got to be top three this season with the way Morison is so excited. Fans must be rushing for season tickets, with all this excitement can see near sell out crowds.

They have all been very under whelming signings so far. I always feel that Morrison struggles with better known players. He prefers players that he can boss around.

Spot on apart from the last bit, I hope so too but think we will struggle

I'm not sure about that bit.

Do we really think people like Hugill, Flint, etc., are easily "Bossed around".

I think where Morison struggles is managing people who don't naturally fit into the system he wants to play, hence why he's filling the squad with players who can.

We'll soon know whether his approach has worked or not
