As long standing City fans we have to be positive and live in hope. Otherwise we'd have given up years ago.

Exciting times ahead, if we manage to get them over line, what a boost it will be for us as fans and the club as a whole.

Very exciting if we can get both over the line, but get the feeling we need to strike while the iron's hot.

Would be absolutely fantastic if we get Bale and Ramsey in the championship and fair play to them both if they come.

They could quite easily play for a top 6 Premier league side on much higher wages but to get these 2 in the championship is incredible.

Being greedy we still need a centre back and a striker. I prefer Bale down the middle but I think he'll want to play wide as he does for Wales.

The Bale thing was predicted but any more big names would come as a huge, and pleasant, surprise.

So for the poster above who mentioned Rambo ............... thanks a bunch !!!! I'll now have to work until 8.00 tonight to catch up with the time I'm wasting trawling the internet looking for snippets of information on Ramsey coming

I thought this transfer window would be interesting and, to a degree, exciting because it's almost like starting again.

However, I never thought thought it would get to Fantasy Football proportions At least one of these better happen because even at my age I'm not sure I could take the disappointment of neither happening

Major, middle sized or minor signings ?

The reporter Darren Witcoop is mentiong these two signings but has stated that they are not Bale, Ramsey or Ralls.

Correct they are not, although Ralls has got closer.

FFS Annis i am nearly 60 and my heart can not take much more of this anticipation
