Exactly the sort of player we now need to be looking at and hopefully the financial support would be available.

For all the promise and potential of the signings so far we need a proven goalscorer at this level and they don't come around often.

Would be a very good signing but think we may struggle to persuade him to come and to meet what will no doubt be high wage demands. We can probably only offer a wage that will be far less than some other Championship clubs would be willing to give him.
