A great start to the new season - signings, kit, RESULT!
However, I was lucky to make kick off despite queuing up at 2.30pm due go the scanners failing on gate 3. At least 4 turnstiles seemed to "freeze" and loads of people were trying to get in using both ST cards / paper tickets and phones but to no avail. The stewards on the gate were pretty useless to be honest and did not look to redirect us or try to to solve the problem with any urgency what so ever. No instructions or messages were given by them either which added to the confusion and frustration.
It was only by chance i managed to get to the front of 1 of the queues and got through 1 of the two remaining turnstiles by using the ST card. No idea how it was resolved or if it was the same on other gates but i hope the club look in to that as its never happened before at either ccfc or wales games and there were some very confused, angry, iand impatient people about
