Get rid of Nelson. Not good enough for this level and is the opposite of a ball playing centre half.

Ball playing centre back to replace Nelson

A bit worrying reading the Rangers fans reaction on Twitter, they can't believe they managed to get a fee for him.

Can see him being first choice with Kipre. Good signing.

Seems like Denham may be going out on loan now.

Based on what mate, he contributed very little in Scotland.

Gerrard supposedly chased him for 3 Transfer windows, so he obviously rated him but in the games he played he was pretty much anonymous.

If he can play out from the back he'll start. Hopefully another good under the radar signing by the Gaffer.

Bit nervous going off the Rangers forum, 99% are happy to see him go, although they admit he didnt cause trouble, that it just didnt work out for him

Sorry mate but your exaggerating quite a bit.Although there were some glad to see the back of him many others wished him well.I don't put much store in those idiots on their forum and 1 or 2 on that thread said much the same.Give him a chance.

If anything you can easily say wouldn't have scored even without Nelson's intervention.
100% not a red card as to penalty without a doubt.

Annis, big difference at the back without NG, I am sorry but Nelson is not up to it. It was not just the penalty but he has no idea how to play out from the back.
I have been told that SM is going to bring in another centre half.
It does seem that SM only rates the two centre halves who started against Norwich

Not good enough imo nor Nelson.
Denham looked poor tonight too but not sure how much of that was down to CN.

Nice one right again

Please say there is a better Striker coming in than Etete and the others?

But unfair to criticise Etete after less than 60 mins

Happy enough with this signing.

Signed for the starting XI I would hope, as Nelson is appalling, and whilst Ng has some qualities I like, he's not really a CB.

Yes certainly fits the ball playing CH role. NG is good and can fill in when needed at CH when needed but as I’ve said in previous posts, his lack of height could make him a target for opposing sides.
