We deserve to be a few up and on that first half we deserve the win.

Watters I feel for as he has made the perfect runs but not had the finishing touch that he needs.

Birmingham look like they are capable of getting back into this and it will be an interesting 2nd half if they give it a go as I feel it will leave a few gaps for us to explore. We have the players going on that first half to do that, take advantage of the gap.

Brilliant half of football again, and for once we’re creating chances. The front 3 have been brilliant especially O’Dowda. Watters just needs that goal and he’ll be away, unfortunately missed that great chance but his overall play has been brilliant and the commentators themselves have even picked up on it. I struggle to slate anyone after a performance like that in the first half. We definitely look a better team without Ojo playing and Philogene playing instead.

Good first half from us, deservedly ahead.

Need to get that second goal early in the second half.

Watters clearly has to come off, proven again he's not good enough. Bring on Etete for him early on.

People must be seeing something different to me. Not sure how anyone can say we are playing with 10men . He's missed chances but his contribution has been great.

Watch the game and you’ll think Watters is playing badly, watch Watters and some positions and runs he’s made has either been missed by the others or created massive space for the rest of the team to break through.

He was unlucky with his finish when through, had hoped he’d be more angry about it but keeper did well. Just needs a bit of confidence, hope he’s not brought off half time he’s been making some good runs we wouldn’t see from Harris. I’d give him until at least the hour, tell him to run himself silly and bring on Etete

Exactly I think he’s been superb. Apart from that finish. He’s dragged Roberts all over the park and created the space for others. But unfortunately until he scores he’s this year’s scapegoat so far.

Ignoring the fact Watters first touch is awful and he can’t finish, as you could argue he’s just been unlucky and the ball hasn’t run for him. Perhaps he’s trying too hard??
What bothers me is he’s so weak and is easily knocked off the ball. It’s like men against boys when he’s challenged by a cb.
Surprised Etete wasn’t given a run out?

Watters now not feeling well? Has each City player taken turns to kick him in the nuts?

Excellent from Harris, who bursts down the wing and plays in a deft ball to O'Dowda, but his shot is saved by John Ruddy's foot!

Hogan booked!

There's a massive call for a penalty after a coming together between Kipre and Hogan... but Darren Bond books the Blues man for his protestations.

He certainly contributed more today so fair play.

However, he’s a striker and should have definitely got 2 goals and possibly 3. He just isn’t the natural finisher that people keep saying he is.

Let’s hope the new guy is an improvement.

Hogan again causing trouble. He is found in space down Birmingham's right and hits a low cross, but Romeo does brilliantly to cut out the danger.

79min: WHAT A Miss!

Harris does superbly well to keep the ball in and lift a cross to the bak post. He finds Etete, but his close-range header is wide of the post!
