Cardiff City's Taylor Jones who is 19 years old is making a big impression.
While transfer season brings with it the excitement of new arrivals, next season will see the emergence of as yet unearthed gems, too.
That might not have been the case in bygone years at Cardiff City, but there is a culture shift afoot. The Bluebirds are now ploughing effort and resources into their youth system and the rewards are about to be reaped, with players like Ciaron Brown, Tom Sang , Taylor Jones, Rubin Colwill and Isaak Davies all coming through.

The Southern Premier South side have offered him the opportunity to play.
On signing Taylor:
Manager Scott Bartlett:
“We have had some really good loans from Cardiff in my time in Rollin Menayese, Dan Martin, Lloyd Humphries and James Waite, and Taylor is another solid character who jumped at the chance to come in with us.
“I’ve dragged my son to Hereford, Chippenham and Cardiff to watch Taylor three times this pre-season and we like what we saw, he is aggressive and a good defender.
