Would love it to be us but read somewhere he’s on over £20K a week at Norwich. Has to accept a reduction I suppose.

No idea mate tbh.
Lots of things may be taken into consideration though like the possibility of Norwich paying a proportion of his wage for the first year as he still has a year left with them.

He had a good half year here. Well received by tbr fans and knows the manager. More the point he knows he would be one of the first names on the team sheet. Fingers crossed it’s us and all that has a bearing on getting him back. He liked better in blue than yellow anyway!

That was then but things change.perhaps he fancied his chances of being a regular first team player there but is now looking elsewhere

At his age with his attitude he just wants to be playing surely? He can have that with us and he knows it.
We have seen a few players here that were juts happy with a pay check. But i think we all know he’s not happy on the bench. He wants game time.

I got that impression from him too mate. Hopefully he’s not wanting to play second fiddle to Pukki and fancies another crack with us.

Pukki having an xray on an injury from the weekend, that may put an end to that rumour.
