CCCFC & MUCH MORE: Club Transfer Embargo? QUESTIONS?:

Thu Dec 08, 2022 5:39 pm

CCFC Club Transfer Embargo :

Even though I am not certain , I am very much convinced that we are already under a transfer embargo . There are a number of strong indications that make me convinced that this is the case.

QUESTIONS NEED TO BE ANSWERED?

The Club must truthfully answer those questions , because we the fans are very concerned.

(1) Are we under a transfer embargo , because of the Sala issue ?

(2) Will we be paying Nantes the full Sala money ?

(3) Could Nantes apply for a winding up order if we do not pay ?

(4) Mark Hudson is now totally Back paddling and is all but indicating that we will not be strengthening the team in January as promised by Tan.

(5) So young Isaak Davies now is practically our new signing ….. and why has a fit Sean Morrison not signed yet ?

(6) Paying the Sala money plus the massive legal costs and interest are a big financial burden to Tan …….

Can you confirm that Tan will continue to subsidize our financial exposure (never mind the strengthening of the team.

I am really concerned ….so are many genuine fans.

Do they think that IF we are under a transfer embargo or if Nantes are after us ….. they can keep it as a secret for ever ?

If there is no problem why don’t they say so ?

If we are not strengthening the team in January ….why don’t they say so ?

These things are bound to come out soon ….. in days or weeks at most .

This is our Club and we have a right to know and the Club has a duty to keep us informed ….because there is genuine concern .

Does not any embargo have to now be publicised on the EFL website?

https://www.efl.com/-more/governance/embargoes/

As I said asking the question, not January yet, but sadly I will say I think we are.
Absolutely gutted if we are.

Yes and that could be squashed due to this unless he’s ok because of age and free???

I wouldn't be surprised if we were in an embargo but on the other hand coz of the unique case it is ,i wouldn't be surprised either if I gets sorted out .

Am I the only gagging to see what Sion le Holt writes on Facebook?

I love seeing his scrawl which would be written with crayon and coloured in and sent to a grown up to post.

So have we signed that 20 year old you can't name? Or we under a transfer embargo?

I thought the Sala transfer money was already set aside ?

I’m confused.

On one post you claim we’ve signed a youngster from West Ham that nobody knows about but now you are questioning whether we’re under an embargo.

If you’re right and we’ve signed the player then you’ve answered your own question !!!!!

I don’t know either way but then again I’m not starting posts on this forum !!

There is nothing on any other sites (including EFL) stating we are under an embargo.

I don’t rule it out as there is the uncertainty over where we stand with Sala, but I do wonder whether all of the bad press you are bringing into the forum is anything to do with your preferred buyer of the club and wanting to unsettle the current regime ?

If we are under an embargo for the Sala issue then we have to deal with it, if it’s for anything else than that’s a bit more concerning.

BOTH!

The transfer embargo will work itself out in that we'll either be able to sign players or not. Even if we can put the 17 signed in the summer how many of them would we keep ? Not many. So anyone we do sign I'm sorry to say is unlikely to be a world beater.
Also Hudson has gone down in my estimation scrabbling round with nonsense like weve got a really good squad. Obviously we haven't ,4 from bottom and can't score goals. Why would you even say that? Also the clutching at straws with this world cup break is new start . Might well it be but with the same players.
One of the massive issues Choo and Dalman need to address is the communication, they won't and both of them need to go desperately. The club needs a full refresh from top to bottom.

I’m not confused because the the player was before all this and I am asking questions.
Plus I am not sure if we are still able to sign him if this transfer embargo happens in January, the lad is 20 yrs old.

When we beat Norwich start of season and were knocking it about the majority (if not all) were saying how good our signings were etc so it’s not that bad a squad at all. Missing a striker then and arguably still are now but I don’t think it’s doom and gloom.

Now, whether the manager is good enough is another thing.

Two things.
1 as we are now paying Nantes there will be no transfer embargo.
2 I have been told that there will be players coming in January

And once again wasted a fortune on legal fees and interest, costing our club.

Don't mean to be harsh but it is tans money and he's entitled to do with it what he wants wether any of us agree with what he's doing or not.
Wether we like it or not he's still sustaining our club for now and can do what he likes..

This.

If it was all going through the club like under previous owners then it would be a massive pain but Tan is liable for it.

If he wants to waste his money on fools errands (which he has done) then it’s up to him. As long as when he leaves we are debt free as he promised I couldn’t care a fook.

I just think that Tan can not let this go and ultimately it will cost our club.
The further he goes into trying to get his money back and failing the more likely the club will be more punished in the future. So I doubt very much that we will do any business in January due to the lack of money and the fact of the whole Sala situation continuing.
