Given how injury prone he is can DJ stop him playing for Wales. After all we pay his wages!

No he cant and it would make Bellers a hypocrite considering why he moved here.

He could have a mystery injury just before the international break ;)

I would imagine though he still would want to play for Wales in any competetive game :(

Conspiracy theory : Man city have limited the amount of games bellamy can play? Means they would want to sell him come next may? Hard for them to offload a player if he is injured?

Just a theory :ayatollah:

Tricky one this, if Bellamy comes back for the Barnsley game next Saturday he'll be expected to join up with Wales, best he stays out injured until the Bristol City game Oct 16th then he might even play in November!

Even if he doesnt play at Barnsley, Wales will want to look at him and Bellers would want to play?

No....but he wouldn't try anyway. Why piss off your star asset and next door neighbour?? ;)

I don't want Craig to play purely for selfish reasons and I make no apologies. I want him to help get my beloved Bluebirds into the Premiership THIS season and Wales FC missing out on yet another qualification is not top of my list of priorities!!

bellamy is a proud welsh man. a man who is proud of where he is from and proud of his roots.
players like him dont come around often anymore.
if craig plays for wales, and craig HIMSELF feels hes fit then he will never say no!!
for me that is great!!!
as a city fan id be gutted if he got injured while doing it, but hey its great to see A PROUD WELSHMAN PULL ON A RED SHIRT.
