where exactly is the House of Sport going?

I see behind the Archives building a metal structure is taking shape. Is this the House of Sport? If so, then what is being built on the patch of land next to Leckwith Road? The construction has taken up a large chunk of the car park.
Which site is the House of Sport on and what is going the other site?

Hotel on other site taking up a bit of car park and the other one is the house of sport

It will mainly be used as an indoor training facility for the Academy (a requirement to keep the club`s Academy status). But a certain number of hours a week (I think it is at least 16) have to be set aside for local community use under the terms of getting planning permission and there will be offices provided free of charge to Council employees to facilitate this.
