Bluebirds and Millers remain in limbo

Cardiff City and Rotherham United are still awaiting a decision from the EFL regarding their recently abandoned Championship clash at the New York Stadium.


Rotherham have also made a statement to give their side.

Surely the fairest thing to do is to restart 49th minute at 1-0.

How could anyone argue against that?

All other solutions will seem 'unfair' to one party.

EFL probably made the decision to shaft us already but just waiting for a while for the following reasons

1. Hoping that the longer they leave it there's more chance of the matter being less heated
2. To give the impression that they are giving long and thoughtful consideration before making any decision.

When they feel that they've given it long enough as above they'll then come out with the usual bullshit and order the game replayed in a congested fixture list starting at 0-0.

I'm hoping the delay is a good thing for us and the EFL are looking seriously at what was clearly 'foul play' from the Millers

Hopefully, they are looking at what can be done to restart the game with integrity;?

I won't hold my breath but it would be good to see the EFL grow a pair...
