I'm sure I've read somewhere that their case is to be seen by an independent committee, and their findings to be passed onto the EFL. Whatever that means? I don't know whether that's a good thing for the EFL to be out of the decision, or it would prompt them to say that it "wasn't their decision" if say the decision was no sanction.

Maybe I misread the report, and I'm sure someone will confirm or deny. My apologies if I got it wrong. It's been a harrowing weekend.
