" Sory Kaba "

Proving today again that he will score goals at this level.

That's four goals in his last five games, not including the goal at Rotherham that now doesn't count.

Obviously there's issues with the transfer embargo which the club are trying to resolve but should that be sorted and should we stay up, we should do all we can to bring him back next season.

Great to see his celebrations at the end as well, showing passion with the fans :bluebird:

Philogene?

Turning into a bit of a cult hero. Love his attitude and for once we have to credit the dubious transfer committee as they have unearthed an unheard of gem here.

His all round game is improving every game…

The way he was bringing it down and bringing other players into the game today was top quality.

Would love to keep him here next season

Needs the service tho

Improving every game, another keeper for next season but at this rate, someone may come in for him. As Wez said, the 9's need the service and today we played more dangerous balls into and across the box than we have all season and that combined with prerequisite movement creates goal chances.

I like him a lot
With decent service I believe he will score regularly in this league (hopefully we will remain in it )
Philogene too. A bit lightweight at times but has the ability to make things happen

Can’t remember the last forwsrd we had that averaged a goal every 2 appearances (including subs).
I realise it’s only 10 games but he clearly has a knack of scoring even if he can look a little ungainly at times.

Getting better as he gets fitter.

i think he is adapting to the championship at a rate of knots.

He may end up a target man, but he isn't one of those yet. He is great on crosses but doesn't read the flight of the ball very well vertically, I believe all his good performances are with a partner, especially one as good a target man as Wickham.

The lad certainly knows where the goal is and that's one hell of a skill as a footballer

Against Sunderland, we need to be drilling in cross after cross. I hope O'Dowda is available as the balls needs to be drilled in all game

His passing impressed me yesterday too, on a couple of occasions he received in middle and accurately spread the play with a good ball

Watched Sunderland last night and whereas they’re good in the break, their defence is shocking.

Agree both Hull and Sunderland couldn't defend

Wasn't sure about him as he missed some sitters early on this season, his touch and control aren't the best but his goals are . Trouble is we don't want him looking to good as the priced demand jumps . Few untrue rumours about him being injury prone needs to circulate from our PR department ( if we had one ) to put suitors off .

Reminded me of Bothroyd the way he held the ball up and won the fails.

I was worried when robbo got injured. He’s quality for us. But fair play. Kaba and philogene have really stepped up their game.
