What Tactics was that??

Mon Apr 10, 2023 5:25 pm

I have to say i didnt expect to win today but the total lack of belief or tactics baffle me.

Firstly sitting back no press on the oppostion.
Were we playing a back 4 or 5 players every player didnt seem to know were their positions were ( thats what it looked like to me).

Were playing for a point?

With the games we have left i cant see getting more than 4 points.

Its going to the wire and we will be lucky to stay up.

Sabri get some belief into the players and sort out the tactics.
Very poor until we conceded.
Games are running out!!! :bluebird: :bluebird: :banghead: :banghead:

Lets face it, we ain't pressing with Wickham, Kaba, Ojo and Sawyers are we...

It was Mike Bassett 442, 4231 no 3321, jesus just play anywhere

I've supported Lamouchi even in defeats but he got it badly wrong today.

Says it all that he had to make two subs in the first half and even they didn't help.

Yep. He set up was wrong. But I was glad to see he recognised it and acted swiftly. Ojo was badly outnumbered but was having a mare too. But I wouldn’t have taken Billie Jean off. He can create or finish a chance out of nothing, and will run his butt off to close down the opposition. Sawyers was playing too deep and very narrow. Allowing too much room in the midfield. Would have taken him off with Ojo. Rhino and Billie Jean had the legs to get get hold of the midfield in that game.
