SABRI LAMOUCHI:

"You need consistency in the Championship.”

"If you aren’t consistent you are where you are in the table . We know we will fight until the end and that it will be tough, really tough. I knew that from the beginning.”

"The table was exactly the same two months ago. Unfortunately we didn’t change our position in the table, the table does not lie.”

“I said to my players, I came here for two reasons, for the club and the quality in the squad as the quality is enough to stay in the Championship. But I said as well, probably we will need to fight until the last game so we must be ready for that. In one moment I was thinking we were doing well, but we miss consistency.”

“If you aren’t consistent in the Championship, you deserve to be where you are and you will be there for a lot of reasons. It is not time to discuss this, it is time to be positive, honest and try to give your best. We didn’t give our best in the first half today.”

The only consistency is how poor we've been this year. Only once have we won back to back games. Realistically we have three winnable games to save ourselves now. Stoke, Rotherham and Huddersfield. At best I can only see us win one of those, we may draw another. I can't see us getting points anywhere else. Reading and QPR also have challenging games and will probably get a similar points total but if either pick up a surprise win against a top half team, we are down. I can certainly see the scenario needing a point on more against Burnley to stay up on the final day.

Sabri Lamouchi :

‘Bad attitude and performance in the first half. We made changes, we could have probably made more. We didn’t deserve more than what we got today. We miss consistency, we miss character, we miss personality. We need all of that if we want to stay in the Championship.”

Our problems don't lie with the manager.3rd manager that can't get a tune out of this squad-go figure.

He was obviously not happy with ojo and philogene' s attidude i did see philogene waving his arm in the air against our striker wickham
allsop lost it aswell after the goal
he saved it but the sunderland players where quicker than ours to the rebound to slow to react i think is what allsop was saying
Loosing our most creative player philogene before halftime really took our threat away and no o'dowda either
Ralls made a difference when he came on
a bit of fight but ojo is a powder puff unless the ball is on his boot he will not bother chasing fighting sawyers blows hot and cold but is definetly not a gunarsson
Doomed i think doomed unless the attidude changes.
