A number of Championship clubs are said to be admirers of a Cardiff City defender ahead of this summers transfer window.

Cardiff City need to add to their squad this summer rather than losing any of their talented players. However, clubs in the Championship will always be looking to sign from their division rivals.

The Bluebirds have not had an ideal season by any means and while the team as a whole have under performed, some players have managed to impress. When a player in a struggling side impresses, other clubs will especially take note.


This seems to be the case ahead of the summer transfer window. Championship clubs reportedly have one Cardiff City defender in particular on their radar NG Perry.

Briefly first mentioned as 'being admired by clubs' by sports editor Darren Witcoop on social media, it has now been further confirmed to us by sources close to The Transfer Room that Bluebirds defender Perry Ng is on the radar of a number of Championship clubs.

The 26 year old has been a solid addition since joining Cardiff and has impressed with his defensive versatility. Ng only has a year left on his deal at the Cardiff City Stadium.

Cardiff will have a number of big decisions to make ahead of the summer window.

If we go down the likes of Ng will be sold.
