Manager upset, holds a Press meeting, and he says we need to get better and we have the players to do so.
You have to change. There's no point in saying and doing the same thing or we will lose again to Watford and start the same narrative again.
I would change the goalie, put NG as centre half with Kipre and get Wickham and Kaba in attack

I largely agree; particularly on the goal-keeper, who seems to have gone off the boil...
I would also like to see the back 4 changed to include Perry Ng alongside Cedric Kipre as the centre backs c/w Kaba and Wickham at the sharp end
Sabri Lamouchi needs to be a little 'different' (some might say 'brave') versus Watford and get at them from the first whistle rather than waking up once we go a goal down

Two big men up front does not work and Wickham is a waste of space anyway.
Yes McGuiness has had a bad few games but the formation is part of the/his problem.
Not sure Alnwick is any better than Alsop going by is cup appearances
Go 433 with NG at LB and Philogene and O'Dawda supporting Kaba.

I would do the same, keep Philogene up supporting them in and around the box, he is causing chaos up there.
