Hugely important player. He has an eye for goal and in a team like ours that didn’t know what the inside of the opposition penalty area looked like - that’s some achievement! Great passion and clearly loves being on the pitch.

We'll have to nurse him though as he clearly doesn't have 90mins in him at the moment. It would be disastrous if he got injured before the end of the season. I hope we can find the funds to purchase him or he'll definitely be playing against us us I would imagine there'll be no shortage of clubs willing to sign him.

Tan said he wants 10 years in the Premier. I would say buying him would be the first step forward to that.

Lots of things could happen - sanction lifted, get him on load again with an agreement to pay when sanction lifted.
