We will stay up. I think we would have taken this position a few weeks back. In our hands

Simon,
It’s very sad that we would actually be happy to be 20th, we should be aiming much higher in the league.
We really are struggling on abd off the pitch.

Agreed mate but we are where we are. Sadly I think we’ll only be delaying the inevitable as in time we will actually go down next year unless something drastic changes.

Reading, Blackpool and Wigan will go down. Cardiff fans can enjoy the summer

Always good when it's in our own hands + the goal difference

Tony, 3 points from the next 9 available (short of a goal-fest) will see us safe and 4 points will guarantee it...

I think the goal difference and one win will keep us up.

Our game in hand is huge we need to go there and win otherwise pressure.
I'm still worried as in this division anything can happen. No one expected QPR to turn over Burnley away but they did. Reading are capable of beating Wigan and Huddersfield. If it wasn't for their deduction they would be above us all in the table (just). Missing that pen was a bit of a blow but can't blame Kaba for that his other goals have been massive. Till its mathematically impossible I'm worried. It's strange how all the fixtures have panned out this way, bottom teams playing each other.
I was expecting QPR to drop but yesterday's win was huge for them. It's down to our players now need another win to get it over and done with. Come on City!

Wigan won’t lose at Reading next Saturday they will still fancy there chances of staying up especially with there last game at home to Rotherham.

One point will be enough to stay out of the bottom 3. Sad times though!

This late in the season and there are only five teams that have guaranteed championship football next season. The remainder can still go up or down.

It's all down to Warnock.
Huddersfield beat Reading and we already have enough points to survive.

Not really. If we lose all three our goal difference could easily be overtaken by Reading especially as we could get thumped at Burnley. But if we beat Huddersfield we cant go down

True. We would have to lose all 3 by two goals or more.

My nagging fear for the last few weeks is that our goal difference could easily be pegged back on the last day of the season if there is only say 3 or 4 in it at that stage. The only one with a vastly inferior goal difference is QPR and its looks like they will be ok anyway

Is this better than a drab mid-table nothingness? Definitely interesting.
I think we're staying up. I think Kaba will be the reason, as we've worked out how to maximise his style.
