Yes We are def still under a Transfer Embargo but not under the EFL. 1,000% We are.

No, we was at January out of the embargo. But due to not paying within 21 days fell under another rule.
So they have to check all outstanding money owed to other clubs and I'd assume nantes still could be paid.
Once they felt there was enough evidence to support this, would allow cardiff to purchase players again. Not just frees and loans.

But haven't heard anymore.

Thought some expert on these matters said on here that the EFL embargo was lifted but the FIFA embargo was still in place?

So the supporters trust have it in writing from the EFL that we are NOT under embargo but the club itself say they have been told otherwise by the EFL.

My understanding (for what it's worth) is that we are NOT under an embargo because we can still sign players and loan players.

However we cannot pay a transfer fee or a loan fee in order to sign a player.

Yep, read that Annis bottom line is imo an embargo will suit the owner to keep a low budget but surely he realises that any potential buyer would be put off by that and all the other crap?

Perhaps with safety nearly guaranteed he will plough millions in hahaha.
