"It's a tough blow right at the end. Their frontline caused us constant problems. A set-piece moment has cost us. It was a really gutting moment.

"Their threat was obvious and we tried to address that at half-time. We got away with the penalty miss.

"We looked a bit nervy every time the ball got in and around our backline in the first half. I was so pleased that we got back into the game.

"I don't think the tension affected us too much. I think the opposition pushed us into some scary moments and their physicality told."

For me Rotherham ran out of steam and their subs did not help them.

Hugil was none existent after that 1st minute effort against the crossbar. I now can see why he has not attracted a better club.

Lamouchi has taken us back to Cardiff, sorry fantasy football guys but 100 lateral passes does little unless you have the squad to do it and we don't.

With the exception of Jaden that was a physically strong team. More direct and a quicker tempo and Ralls has been outstanding again, Wintle is a good foil and SL realised you only need 2 against a similar level team so the talented lightweight played as the AMC to add that bit of class

He also dives a hell of a lot. I can't remember him being that but for us?!

To be fair, conditions dictated the way we played last night
