A forum for all things Cardiff City

llets look more closely to all these stupid comments that we were
lucky reading were deducted 6 points as without that we would been relegated
reading cheated financialy buying players and paying wages outside the ffp rules
they won and drew games gaining points by using these players. which of course
without them they would not of had those points in the first place and after the
deduction of the 6 points they still had those players playing for them the 6 points
deducted were no where near enough in my opinion
blackpool and wigan have been relegated and reading still have a chance
of staying up luck plays no part
the same efl have us under 2 more transfer embargo's even though the fifa
original embargo has been cancelled
cardiff city is now classed as a foriegn team when loaning players from the premier
league clubs putting us at a huge disadvantage compared to the other 23
championship clubs
so instead of knocking our club at every opportunaty try supporting it
against the unfairness of the E F L

Well said.
By the way, we would have put more into Sunday if we needed points but the job was already done.

Don't see how we're at a disadvantage to the other 23 teams. Swansea are also Welsh and yet seem to have no issues attracting players. Yeah maybe luck didn't have any part this season. But we lost 22 games this season and only won 13. I don't understand this post, are you saying we shouldn't knock the club for such an awful season. Also this whole idea of, if we had to win Sunday we would of put more effort in is shocking. Fans pay hard earned money to watch them but it's fine because it's a nothing say they were allowed to not put the effort in

Regardless of the clubs position in the League the team should make 100% effort for the fans that come and watch them regardless how many turn up.

They should and probably would have done, but naturally the fact we were safe will have had a psychological effect.
Look at Burnley after they went up, form dropped a bit.

Yep, happens at all clubs when nothing to play for. Not right but getting that intensity in dead rubbers is difficult.
As you say look at Burnley and plenty of others at all levels over the years.

Burnley results had dropped but they dominated all those games, just failed to score. Big difference to what we produced.
