BBC:
Lamouchi is just 2 points better off than Hudson after the same amount of games...
Do you think Hudson could have turned those draws into wins given the chance? ?

No I don't.
You can tell a lot of things by stats, but really they only tell half the story.
This team was going to get relegated it Hudson stayed in charge, of that I'm certain.
Been clear that I believe Lamouchi is our best managerial option going forward. He's kept a League One standard team in the Championship. The vast majority of fans back him 100% to stay I think.
He is the best manager we can possibly have for next season. There were a few when Morison went that honestly believe we could have got someone like Dyche but that was never going to happen.
If we don't have Lamouchi for next season, most likely we'll end up with someone unqualified like Purse.
Lamouchi has earned next season and is completely the right man for the job.

Hudson time covered home games against Wigan (and away) Blackpool Rotherham QPR and Hull (who I think were in the relegation zone at the time). I think Hudson was in charge for two of our heaviest defeats.

No I don’t think he would have. I’m not convinced about Sabri yet. But I felt Hudson was too focused on not being Mr nasty. And professional football is a tough gig if you want to be competitive

Nope, nice to have a proper manager in charge. Deserves at least a season to make a difference

I would like to have seen how it would have gone if both Morison and Hudson had Kaba to call on.

Annis, I know you like to use the 12 game system on a manager but give Sabri a window to hopefully get some of his own players/staff in.
Dibble back as GK coach would be a good start.

I doubt that eithers coaching or playing system/formation would have managed to get as much out of Kaba as SL did imho.

firstly we were still under an embargo under MH, so we didn't sign anyone, not even free transfers, so no Kaba, etc, if Sabri was under the same restricitons i think he would of taken us down, Kaba was identified by the club whilst Hudson was in charge, so i think if we had kept him, i think we would of been safe, i really do.
i think MH was asked to come into a sh*t position, and just get points on the board, which to be fair he did, he was then sacked unfairly in my opinion. Under MH i went to a few games and i would come home thinking how didn't we win that, but under Sabri, a few times i have come home and said, wow, that was embarrassing, looked lack of effort from too many players.

I don’t think Morison wanted a player like kaba. However a team like ours in tbr championship needs someone like him.

I sat close to Hudson for a few games. He came across as very childish and not very serious. Anyone else notice this when sat near the dugout??

The point about the “easier” home games is really important.
It’s not about the number of games but the type of games.
The big pressure games were Watford, Bristol, Reading, Blackpool, Swansea and Rotherham so not a bad strike rate out of that lot.
If somebody is anti-Lamouchi the question I would ask is who would you REASONABLY expect to replace him with ?
