' WBA IN TROUBLE - WHAT NOW FOR KIPRE? '

Mon May 08, 2023 12:22 pm

They've published a loss and are now reliant on player transactions to bridge cashflow and keep afloat as a going concern on top of a £20m loan. Interesting they made a £5m profit in their last acounts.

I guess this means a few possible options for Kipre. He stays there as they need him as have to sell players with a higher value than him or he gets sold to the highest bidder in the firesale. Seems unlikely he'd be loaned out again to balance the books but you never know I guess. We really need to find a way of buying him if the price is right and the same for Kaba. We were already struggling but this embargo is like having concrete boots.

Maybe WBA can sell kipre to us on a free transfer and, in return, visit Malaysia can sponsor WBA for say £2m

There's always a way around things

The riddler is no different to us. He wasn't allowed to be a director of PNE but he got around it.

He just didn't call himself a director lol.

Where there's a will there's a way

Yes but now he's poacher turned gamekeeper. How the hell did he get on EFL board.?

Your spot on there are ways around these things - and it depends if our club want to take on board other options :?:
After all Tan & Co thought Sala was not our player - Kipre wants to be here ....He does not have to be a WBA player :?:

Easy to work out ;)

Didn't Fulham initially loan Decadova-Read for a season and then paid us after the season finished so to avoid falling foul of spending too much.
