Despite everything

Wed May 10, 2023 12:55 pm

We've just witnessed another season with our attendances at their highest level since the 1960s.why is this? Maybe because they are up in football in general? Modern stadiums although much maligned attract big crowds?. personally I think the fans patients is at breaking point and people are going to start to walk away.

Mike,

Most clubs went up this year.

Clubs attendances are increasing in the English leagues and non leagues.

Including clubs like Orient in League 2
This season's average attendance at Brisbane Road was 7,830 spectators, our highest in over 45 years

Your welcome Mike,

We both love talking attendances.

Thousands stopped actually attending in person this season for City and I fear many won’t renew unless they see a good summer from the above.

Its the hope that kills you.

£350 is great value and it is a nice day out with your friends and family. Every game hurt less as the season passed.

Will be filled back up to the top with CCFC hope by Aug 12th ......

We'll still get an average of 19K

I've renewed my season ticket, and that's before we see who the manager is, what signings we make and who leaves the club.

I couldn't imagine not going Down every other Saturday and putting the world to rights amongst friends.

I attend nearly every home game and quite a few aways, I don't usually do midweek games due to the distance I need to travel and my boy being in school the day after, but I would never not consider not going because of how bad we have been or what league we are in.

My point is if your a fan we should be going to games regardless, we should be hitting well over 20k every game
