MY THOUGHTS: THE CARDIFF CITY SITUATION

MY THOUGHTS:
Created By Sam ReaN

Well what a mess this club finds itself in. With less than 10 thousand season tickets sold so far and with no manager in charge for the 2023/24 season, this club will only find itself back in a relegation fight and this time they will not be so lucky. Clueless board and owner who will spend next to nothing in terms of transfers and an experienced manager will only shoot themselves in the foot.

We fans are in the the long haul in terms of the ownership of our club due to Tan fighting Nantes for money on a player who passed 4 years ago and Tan's unwilling to have an interest in this club throughout the years. This is a classic case of a club run just to keep it going by without any real investment into it. As fans all we can do is simply don't renew and hope the owner and board take notice because if they dont we will be a league 1 club sooner rather than later.

Of course I would love to know what you all think as this is just my opinion of course.
Sad to say it but like i said before the only way to get rid of tan and the board was to go down and because we survived he will stick with us without a care in the world.

If you want Tan Out then us dropping down the Leagues will not help. Our club will come cheaper for him to run and if that happens he will happily live with it. Of course there is the counter argument that the club will drop in value if we go down the leagues but I really don't think that will bother him. He is setup for life and so is his family so what's it going to mean if one of his projects is struggling, very little if you ask me.

Demonstrations or boycotting I honestly believe will make no difference to him. Only thing I can think of to help our cause is for someone to go and buy his mum an ice cream and ask her to have a word in his hear.

I was told today that season ticket sales are currently up on the same point as last season...

I don't agree with the OP's assessment, as there is no (quote) "lack of investment" but there does seem to be a lack of real ambition...

I also agree with Bakedalasker that protests and marches woukd be futile
