Season Ticket renewals?

Just renewing our season tickets online (I know, I'm late doing it!) and for some reason, it won't allow my payment to go through. I've checked about a dozen times to make sure there's enough money in the account (there is!).

Does anyone know what the problem could be? If I phone up in the morning, will they let me have 'my' seat?

I just had trouble but it went through the second time

Same here tried two different cards won't go through,and ticket office shut as well

Had the same problem renewing last season and buying match tickets online. On each occasion had to go into the ticket office. Raised the issue each time with no interest from staff. My card providers have security concerns with the city payment system, why no idea.

Screenshot your attempts and if you contact the club tomorrow they should accept your efforts and renew at today's price...

If I recall, today is the last 'Early Bird' renewal date...?

No, I think the last day for early bird renewals is June 9th.
At midnight tonight is the last time you can renew your present seat. From midnight all purchases are stopped for a week to allow you to change your seat if you wish, until 26th May @ 5pm. They then go back on sale at early bird prices from Tuesday May 30th @10 am. ( I guess because it's bank holiday weekend). Early bird prices will end on Friday June 9th @ 5pm. This is written on the email they sent me last Monday, so unless they've changed policy since then, that's how it is. I want to move seats so that's why I have an interest in it.

They have been sending me emails all week to renew with an online link , even had one today,I was going to do it Friday but didn't get round to it ,tried loads of times today but payment won't go through, tried different cards etc ,they always seem to have problems, you'd think they would have sorted glitches out by now,looks like a trip down there in the morning ,had the same seat since the stadium opened won't be happy if someone has taken my seat,yes should have done it in the week i agree in case of any problems.

Always have problems when purchasing tickets for away games and season ticket. Tried to different cards but rejected each time, rang up got through straight away and the lady I spoke to was most helpful. By the sounds of it this payment problem is a regular occurrence!

How hard can it be to take £500 notes off me to renew two season tickets, can't do anything online this morning ,there is something up with the ticket site ,and no answer at ticket office,the first call waited 50min then was cut off tried again still no luck,is it just me am I crap at doing this .

Must have been the fourth attempt before I had my payment accepted then I had to go onto my bank app and confirm. I must have used the same account for 10 years, but still, my bank payments system doesn't like CCFC.

Anyway, any idea how many we sold yesterday?
