Director of Football

Personally I think this is an essential role in any normal football club but we are not Normal. Our owners expect our goalkeepers to have more shots on target.

I do not believe for one minute that VT would listen to a DOf as VT Would always want to do things his way.

There is simply not point in the position unless he is willing to listen to those with a football brain

Maybe at this level, just a football Operations Manager or something, we need someone with football knowledge at the top to stop Tan and Dalman from wasting fortunes by hiring idiots that aren't football Managers.
