What an amazingly run club.

From the managers they employ to the players scouted.

Some of the talent they have in their squad is unreal and they continually recruit players every year.

A club realistically we should be ahead of just goes to show you what having an ambitious owners does imo.

I remember when we beat them at their place in the Premier League 2-0 and it really looked as if we would stay up and they'd be relegated as there were only about three games left.

Warnick then fucked up with his negative tactics at already relegated Fulham and we all now what happened then.

Since that game the fortunes of both clubs have changed so much. It always amazes me how a club like Brighton can get things so right over a period of time whilst we continually seem to get things wrong.

Are Brighton a bigger club than us? The answer must be that currently they are miles ahead of us with regards to how they're run as a football club.

Also remember the game postponed because of fog when our coach was about a mile from the ground. Went round a roundabout and cane straight back to Cardiff.

Agree, really well run club. They interviewed their chairman on Sky after the game tonight and he came across as a decent person who's committed to doing things the right way.

Their recruitment is unbelievable.

The second half of the season by them has been outstanding.

De Zerbi done a brilliant job and I think they'll do well in Europe next season. Nobody else plays like them.

Unbelievable achievement for a club like Brighton to get into the Europa League.

No surprise to me with their manager who hopefully will go on and manage Italy one day ;)

Back when I was following the results of Sassuolo in Italy where De Zerbi was managing - This is the way he plays .
The front 3 he had up top have all gone on to play for the national side and 2 were sold for a good profit to the club.

Will be interesting to see how they fair next season with the talent that is at that club at the moment .
