But No Rubin Colwill and Mark Harris :
No Cardiff City players at all.
Great to see David Brooks back.

BBC:
Venue: Cardiff City Stadium Date: Friday, 16 June June Kick-off: 19:45 BST
Coverage: Live on BBC Radio Wales, BBC Radio Cymru, BBC Radio 5 sports extra, the BBC Sport website & app; live text commentary on BBC Sport website & app. Highlights on Match of the Day Wales.
Neco Williams and David Brooks have been named in a 25-man Wales squad for Euro 2024 qualifiers against Armenia and Turkey in June but Tom Lockyer has been left out.
Williams is selected despite being out of action since April with a broken jaw, while Brooks is back for the first time since recovering from cancer.
Brennan Johnson is also included.
But there is no place for Lockyer after he collapsed during Luton Town's play-off final win over Coventry City.

Weve lost four academy players to Premier league clubs through no fault of our own. Natured then from kids, only to be nicked at 16 years old.
Unless the rules are changed we never wil see quality players come through the academy.
So its unlikely we will see the likes or Ramsey Ledley Gunter James Collins in the Wales team whilst pulling on a City shirt at the same time.

Rob Page on Wales call-up for David Brooks:
“We’ve all been privy to what he’s been through the last couple of years.
“He’s really excited. It’s a great story. Myself and to the lads can’t wait to welcome him back.”
It’s good to have you back,

Why is the rookie Bristol City defender Joe Low (son of our former player Josh) included for such important fixtures. He has played 1 league game for the Wurzels and about 15 on loan for Walsall. Colwill, Harris and Davies exclusions show how little Page thinks of our team.

Delighted for David Brooks. Watched the Everton v Bournemouth game on Sky on Sunday and he played well. Great to see.
Colwill and Harris don't deserve to be in the squad.

Not surprised as previous managers dont like to play them alot.
Sad to see our young welsh talent not being chosen to play on the pitch.

You don't have to be pulling up trees to get in the Wales squad, our lads can't get into a relegation championship team!
I think we have messed them up hoping they could start championship games and wasting 18 months when they should be learning their trade in L2 or the conference

Capital City of Wales, biggest club in Wales, Cardiff City Stadium the home of Welsh football and not one Cardiff City player in the international squad. Speaks volumes really doesn't it? Welsh players should be the very core of the club, especially being a Welsh side in the English system. We've had the opportunities also but lack of ambition made us lose Kieffer Moore and Harry Wilson etc..could of had Rambo back etc...I've always thought that should be the key for us, the best international youngsters coming through our academy also. The club is just a total mess with no direction.
