Is today the day?

Thu Jun 01, 2023 5:20 am

Mentioned In previous posts that it would make sense and I believed new manager would be announced at the beginning of the month.
Now the days here I'm going to be gutted if there's no announcement  :ayatollah:

Methinks not... ;)

I don't know who it will be but the field has narrowed to two and according to good sources an agreeable 'favourite' has finally been identified by Vincent Tan and Mehmet Dalman

I have to credit the club for keeping it tight; it makes the suspense interesting...! :laughing6: :ayatollah:

Quite enjoy the silence from within the corridors of power, refreshing, intriguing and great seeing all the guessing.

I wouldn't get too excited, this is Cardiff City under a transfer embargo. Hardly gonna win are league are we? None of the managers linked excite me tbh.

He's clutching at straws, Andrew. None of us know who the new man will be but we are told we'll be happy with him and he will be helped in the market (with or without the lifting of the payment embargo)

A liitle more patience and posters like royalblue can have a genuine view on the real situation and not the perceived one :ayatollah:

Was always unlikely to be today.

They're still sorting the details reportedly and the club generally make media announcements on Fridays.

I'll criticise them for a lot but happy enough to wait a few more days if it means they get the right man.

When you say we are told we will be happy with him who do you mean is saying that? Genuine question might have missed something.

Ok so there we go a manager none of us have even heard of. Like I said shouldn't get too excited. Hope he does well obviously. Just like Lamouchi last time a name no one was talking about ends up being our manager. Bookie odds etc..mean nothing it seems when it comes to this.

Cant get too excited as never heard of him but the Turkish league is decent and he's done ok in it.
Get better vibes hopefully when hear him speak but let's just hope this works out. Come on Bulut.

I was just told we'd be pleasantly surprised and the new guy will be backed. As ever, my usually reliable source will remain anonymous :ayatollah:
