Probably the largest wage bill.Whoever takes that job on will probably have to cut costs as well as being competitive.

They said on sky sport the wage bill was £180 m and that they had to cut minimum of £70m straight away Still a massive wage bill if the £180m is true

Maddison, Tielemans, Barnes, Evans, Ndidi, Pereira, Iheanacho etc will all leave.
So they'll have to replace them wisely.
Teams before have had a lot of money and wasted it. So not as clear cut as it sounds.
They'll have to almost sign a new team.

Who ever comes down is always in for a shock they will be no different.
Its great if you go straight back up.
However as we no soon as those parachute payments stop its a really difficult position to be in a lot of clubs sink to league 1 we almost did.
They'll want to bounce straight back up we will see

As I said at the time when just Southampton were down - Leicester will lose or have to sell players next season .
