Over 21.7 million supporters passed through the turnstiles of an EFL competition in 2022-23, with the highest cumulative attendances recorded for league matches since 1953-54.


I said crowds were going up everywhere, and the lady 2 seasons they’ve been the best for over 60 years

2022-23= 19,020 (Capacity 33,500)

2021-22= 18,869

2020-21= Covid / No Crowds

2019-20= 20,738

2018/19 = 31,408 (Capacity 33,500 )

2017/18 = 20,952

2016/17 = 16,564

2015/16 = 16,463

2014/15 = 21,124

2013/14 = 27,430 (Capacity 29,000)

just under 20k not bad for last season when you consider the mess on and off the pitch.

last few would have raised that i guess, didnt we have about 27k for swansea Sunderland?

This is what I've been putting on this and other forums for ages . people moan about modern football modern stadiums etc but as I've said and you've just proved attendances are at their highest level since the 1950s.
