MANCHESTER CITY WIN 1-0 AGAINST INTER MILAN TO WIN THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE

Manchester City will hope to match their rivals United tonight, in winning the treble of the Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League.

City have already won the Premier League and beat United in the FA Cup Final last Saturday.

United famously won the treble in 1999 with late goals in the Champions League Final against Bayern Munich from Teddy Sherringham and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

City face Inter Milan in the Champions League final in Istanbul tonight. You can watch the match LIVE below from 6pm.

Well it took less than 5 minutes for an Inter player to go down clutching his head, I think we know how this game is going to go if they go behind.

Not the best of games and Citeh certainly rode their luck; particularly late on when Lukaku went so close

But fair do's to Pep and his team; they did the job and I'm pleased for them!

Congratulations, Manchester City FC...

Chris, I'm really pleased for their genuine fans. Those that followed them when they were in the lower leagues and before they had their big takeover.

Not so much for the so called supporters who suddenly decided they had a massive connection to Manchester City when United, Liverpool and Chelsea were struggling.

Questions are to be answered over the next couple of years over the club's financial dealings and the over 100 charges against them from the Premier League. That will take a couple of years at least to resolve either way I think.

But they have a fantastic team and manager. They can only do their job on the pitch and it's a brilliant achievement.

Sloppy seconds treble, at least Utd's was born from its youth set up , not some fabricated middle East money pot .

Bit like all our FANS who turned up in premier league, I swear half of them just wanted to watch the other team. Lol.

Agree.

The celebrations from Man City "fans" after winning the Champions League and treble were muted compared to West Ham winning the Conference League the other night.
