As for their pre-season trip, Cardiff have not been on a foreign camp since they visited America under Neil Warnock, however a jaunt to Portugal awaits them next months.

When Bulut arrived he ripped up the plan which was in place out in Portugal and has put his own slant on things out there. They will head out to Portugal next month but will be back in time for the pre-season friendly against Wycombe taking place on Saturday, July 29. It is understood Cardiff are looking to play at least one game while in the Algarve, but full details regarding dates and the friendly fixture are due in the coming days
