Leicester City to pursue ‘legal action’ against Everton after Premier League relegation
Everton stayed up at the expense of Leicester City on the final day of the Premier League season but have been charged by the league for allegedly breaking financial fair play rules.

Leicester City plus another clutch of EPL clubs set to sue Everton under the grounds of "probability" caused by financial misdemeanours.



Much of Cardiff's legal action is based on betting odds offered on the probability of the Bluebirds' relegation before and after the anticipated signing of Sala in January 2019.

We'd have definitely stayed up, it wasn't only the loss of the player, it's the affect it had on the fans, players, and especially Warnock, he went to pieces. Sala was the 2nd best Striker on goals scored in France that first half of the season, we'd have been well clear.

This Fair Play rule needs to be sorted out earlier than other divisions = How much time do the FA need ??
