Be interesting how much compensation they'll pay, possibly a legal argument that will go on for a while longer.

I think he did a good job with the Jacks, others will disagree. They had a bit of cost cutting and he did well to have them competing for the top six towards the end of the season.

Predict he'll do well with Southampton. They'll need to replace their leader and best player Ward Prowse, but can see them being around the top six all season.
