Erol Bulut has improved training massively. Apparently it’s brutal, and he commands total respect.
But we do hear all the time each manager says they up the training etc etc
Though it is good to hear.

Where we lacked ability last season, I also felt we looked a bit leggy and lethargic. Let's hope for a fitter group this coming season

This what it was said he would be like when we appointed him. Exactly what we need.
Definitely feels like the right appointment for the club.

I'd love us to be fit enough to be able to play a high intensity pressing game and start putting the opposition under pressure more when they have the ball.
For so many seasons now we've seemed to sit back and let other teams have as much time on the ball as they like almost until they reach our penalty area - the last Derby being a prime example where we allowed the vermin to do what they wanted for the first half hour and by the time we put them under any pressure we were 2-0 down.
Then when we did put them under pressure they struggled to cope and we managed to get back on level terms.
Sick of seeing teams passing the ball through us with us hardly making a challenge especially at home these last few seasons.

This is great news...
Fit teams can do well in this league.
I thought we didn't have 90 mind in us last season.
Pace, Press and counter...

Agree and we did let in a lot of goals in the last 10 mins of games last season.

Good to see and echo other comments on here.
Against the jacks its been embarrassing that they seemed fitter and sharper than us for some years.
We know the way they play and the way to disrupt them is to high press and force them into mistakes... Thats how other teams have done them.
But we didnt seem to have the legs to do that and when we tried we didn't do it effectivity that would enable us to get back... leaving the jacks to cut through us time and time again.

Looks like the line up in an identity parade.
"Now Mrs Ojo, which of these gentlemen did you see kicking your son up the backside non-stop for an hour last week?"

Yes they look a tough bunch, good they needed a kick up the arse and they didn't look fit enough last season!
