Poor communication regarding shop opening times. Went down today on the off chance and it was closed. The woman at the store said we are closed only opened last week to new shirt release..... very poor

Not sure why 'poor', as a quick check on the club's website couldn't be clearer...

yeah realised when I dropped by but its still poor not even 7 days since shirt release and they only open for 3 days a week
