in fairness he didnt ever get charged he got arrested then released

both prosecution and investigators agreed to drop the case if i remember right, i read a few things which said it sounded like a set up to get money and it went further because he refused to pay, no idea how much truth is in that. but wasn't charged, and his career has been effected so a move abroad is probably good all round, and Everton will be keen to get him off the wage bill if he's still under contract with them

Very true, but in this day and age you can never guarantee it. And the fact he’s also married shows he’s got no morals anyway
