I don't.
Under Mick Macarthy we went into the season on a good run since he took over so it was looking hopeful. Unfortunately we lost our best player in Harry Wilson then pissed off our next best player in Kieffer Moore. 8 defeats in a row and MM was out.
Now we entered into the error of cheap and up stepped Morison who in fairness saved us from the drop. We all had hopes for this new era with a promise of a new direction. Unfortunately he had to do it on the cheap and look where that got us. We survived but what a mess that has been left behind.
So we now go into the new season with a new manager no one knows about. We have been promised new signings that the only thing we know about are that they will be cheap. I will not comment on Ramsey coming home, not after Balegate. I think this is the first season in a many seasons where we are going to have to wait and see.

Aye and Moore pissed off quite a few by NOT TRYING. Should be ashamed.
Please no crap like he wasn't getting the service !!! He wasn't bothered even dropping deep or making runs last off. f*cking sulking teddyboy ( for those who remember Brylcream)

I don’t think there should be backlash to your post.
It is a wait and see. We have no idea how this team will perform under Bulut and people seemed excited by last year’s free transfers thinking we are gonna be pushing top-6.
I am excited to see what happens with a foreign manager with contacts, but let’s see how it goes first. First step: preseason, let’s see how they look and who we bring in.
Then we will have a rough idea of our starting 11 and an idea of how optimistic we can be.
I understand people want lots of positivity after last season’s shambles, but it’s okay that people are remaining grounded until they see it.

i think Morison got 7/10 of his transfers spot on to be fair, that first season in Jan, Doyle, Hugil, Drameh, Uche all did the job they needed. if we can get 7 out of 10 transfers right this time, i think we should be okay surviving this season, which after looking at the past few seasons, survival is our aim again

How I see it is your a misery gutts and have some faith this manager hasn't come here to have a relegation battle .he's not a cheap option . The blues are going up .

Head says no relegation battle this year, top 6 by January, couple of signings then up to the promised land.
Heart says, mid table this season then big push next time.

I'm just hoping that the 24 man squad is some what different at the end of the transfer window, current squad and we are back in a relegation battle, squad just not good enough, even Pep wouldn't get a tune out of this lot

How about any old iron?

Based on last season we were poor and most of the players looked bottom-end Championship, mid-table league one standard.
We did have some quite good players though, Collins, Robinson, Kipre, Kabba, and Philogene.
Seeing as the first two were injured at the end of the season and the other three have left and they were probably the best three players, I expect us to struggle and to be in the bottom three by Christmas.
I can only hope the Manager is better than average, which will be rare from our board's previous selection, and that players are going to arrive that are better than these five, in which case we could get to mid-table, or some real stars, and who knows.
But as we are right now, I would take 21st in the League.
