One of my favourite Black Sabbath tracks is Into The Void and this new season really is into the unknown- New manager coaching staff all unknown awaiting the assembly of a new squad in a very demanding Championship Our rivals down the road have also appointed a new manager who has made an impact in League One and has the lean hungry look -Our new boss has some pedigree and of course we wish him well- Last season was saved by the bell and we have a clean slate for now - The first six games will be very interesting- The owner is now in the last chance saloon and if Neil Warnock gets off to a flier at Huddersfield and we don’t we will have gone full circle ⭕️- Good Luck Cardiff City We Want To Be Delighted!!!

We can only hope that the new manager is able to entice players of significantly better quality than than those we signed up last season, with a few notable exceptions.

For obvious reasons, I can't see him trawling through our lower leagues for players, which is just as well as that is a recipe for disaster. I fully expect him to load his side with no nonsense, hard-nosed pros that will not be a pushover for anyone. Anyway let's wait and see and hope for the best.
